Didn't want to interrupt Lynnear's iphone thread.
Rog, I can embed via HTML, but I find I now always have to do a YouTube search for a specific video. For me, it seemed easier when they had the "old embed code" .. but, at least I can still post videos. It was just preferrable to me to do it that way. I did use the HTML method with the old embed code as well. In fact, I don't know another way to post a video.
The "old" embed code used an <object> tag -- which was the only thing Yuku recognized.
But most video sites -- and most recently, many (if not all) of the YouTube displays -- are using the <iframe> tag. Which Yuku wouldn't recognize until last few months (there were some odd work-arounds but it was a real pain).
For my purposes it now works great -- but that's because I spend a lot of time using the "HTML" button. I don't know whether you know how to do that or not.
If you can figure out how to do that it lets you embed just about any video that gives you an "iframe" (or "object") embed code. That's how I was able to embed the Houston news video on the other board.

Lillian:This is a new thing with Yuku -- and it's actually a significant improvement.
I'm having problems with YouTube videos that don't the old embed code.
