Rog, I can embed via HTML, but I find I now always have to do a YouTube search for a specific video. For me, it seemed easier when they had the "old embed code" .. but, at least I can still post videos. It was just preferrable to me to do it that way. I did use the HTML method with the old embed code as well. In fact, I don't know another way to post a video.

Different "HTML" button, Lil.

I think the one you're talking about is the drop-down that shows up when you click on the "Insert Flash" button (just to the right of the smiley-face button).

The drop-down has an option (a blue button) that says "ADD FROM HTML"

That one doesn't seem to work at all now -- and the only option is to use the other entry box "Video Search."  Which is a pain.

The button I'm talking about is the button just to the right of the "Insert Flash" button.  The one with the square letters that spells "HTML"

If you click that one it will change to a yellow color -- and turn your entire entry screen into a whole bunch of code (and text).  Which is fine if you know how to read it.

And a little incomprehensible if you don't.

When you first open the reply screen try hitting the Enter key a few times ... then click the "HTML" button described above.

You'll see a string of characters that look like this <BR><BR><BR><BR>

Those are "line breaks" (four of them)

If you have copied the "embed code" from YouTube ... drop your cursor right in the middle (between a couple of the tags) ... and paste the code you copied from YouTube.

Then click the "HTML" button again.

Your YouTube should show up in the text entry box.

Give it a try.  This is "code-writing" 0b836bea11dbb2bf2e09ae7f60c9155c3282f28e
