Wow.  I'll readily concede that one's fairly whacked.

Even so, somebody's gonna have to go through a fair amount of effort to find the guy, travel to wherever, and plunk down a sizable chunk of change (and in 10 years I've never heard of that one -- unless you're talking the de Ridder skull-crack).

"Crazy" shows up at many levels and has various potential for doing harm.

And I'm aghast at the stupidity of a claimed "drunky cure" that's readily obtainable for less than $10 at your nearest liquor store.

I just know some knucklehead is gonna be so desperate and bent out of shape to give it a try ("Hey! ... I read all the details on a support forum! It's a cure that works for at least one guy.  Why not?")

I can even see some individual lunatik advocating such a thing.

But to let it sit there -- essentially unchallenged -- and even validated by some idiot discussion of ethanol on the hearing mechanism?

Gimme a break. smiley: eyes

Seriously -- how many drunks have we seen on these forums anyway?  Without someone advocating vodka as a specific remedy? (ask Llilly about the "intervention" we did in Texas a few years ago).

So ... "support" this.

Nice little hackle farm you've got there. Be a shame if anything happened to it.
